By using Neighbourly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password safe and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

Post content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes others' rights.
Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.
Send spam, run scams, or promote unregulated financial products.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits.
List services or properties you are not authorised to offer.

4. Content ownership & licence

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Neighbourly a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

5. Third-party services

Listings, deals, and services are offered by other users and businesses. Neighbourly is a platform — we do not guarantee quality, safety, or legality of any listing. Transact at your own risk.

6. Payments

Paid features are processed via Razorpay under their terms. Prices, taxes, and refund windows are shown at checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled per the seller's stated policy.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neighbourly disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
